Reached out to On Premise regarding a washing machine that was not draining. On Premise responded quickly and within a two hour period I had a technician scheduled and within 6 hours of my request my washing machine was repaired! Hands down the best service ever! Our 2011 Samsung Gas dryer stopped heating last night. I suspected it would be the heating element and while I'm not afraid of a little DIY and YouTube, when would I find the time to repair it? I searched the internet for appliance repair technicians near me. Came across On Premise, great reviews and they serviced my area. I submitted a message thru their online system and within 10-15 minutes Mr. James reached out via email, text and then followed up with a phone call. We spoke Friday afternoon around 3:45, he was at our home around 4:30 and was done by 5:20. He was very courteous and clean. After the initial diagnosis, he confirmed it was the heating element. $231 dollars later, I had a working dryer. I definitely would recommend Mr. James! Thanks again for the awesome service!

Amazing experience! The repair tech James came in evaluated my Samsung dryer issues. He rightly predicted it was a broken roller and clogged vent. Amazingly , he had the spare part with him. (I had informed them it was a Samsung dryer and so I believe he came prepared.) After he took my dryer apart and fixed the issue, he vacuumed all the debris inside and left a very clean area. Now my dryer is quiet as a whisper again! Thanks, James!

We called On premise appliance repair and left a message. The recorder said somebody will call us back shortly. Jaime called us back within 5 minutes, didn't think I can get much accomplish since it was Friday afternoon, he told me he was booked Saturday but can be here on Sunday morning, I told him that it can wait, not to ruin his Sunday, he insisted and he can be at our place around 11 AM. He didn't have the part we need it to fix the dryer but he will get the part on Monday and call me back with an ETA. He came back on Monday and fixed the dryer, Jaime was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend On Premise Appliance Repair and Jaime

My GE washer was not draining properly and I called Premise Appliance Repair. They very attentively understood my issue and within 5 minutes their technician responded to my call. As promised the technician showed up at my door at exact time, I was astonished. To my great surprise it took him only 5-7 minutes to diagnose the problem and within 15-20 minutes he replaced my drain pump. I was too much impressed. This shows his professionalism and knowledge of products and they provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. (Which is very rare now a days). I very strongly recommend them for repairing any appliances. He went above and beyond by inspecting our refrigerator, where he discovered that our icebox was cracked. For us, he made a warranty call and obtained authorization to replace it. We used On Premise last weekend to repair the water line on our refrigerator and were very happy with the service. Jaime was on time and completed the repair very quickly. Our washer stopped working the night before I called and they had someone out before the end of the next day. It wasn’t good news and we have to get a new washer but I appreciated the thorough explanation of what the problems were and why it would cost more to fix than to replace. Will definitely use them again!

Know what I hope for when I find an indy appliance repair company? Not to get ripped off. Excellent service. They came to my house the same day and totally explained what was happening with my gas oven and fireplace. Came back a day later with parts and fixed them both. Guess what? I didn't get ripped off as the prices for repairs were great. Highly recommend

On Premise Appliance Repair was able to diagnose and repair my fridge on the first trip. I had been dealing with GE and Sears Warranty for two months with no luck. A friend of mine recommended this company to me for a refrigerator repair I needed, they gave me a fair estimate over the phone so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. A tech showed up, his name was Ben, he walked me through exactly what was needed to be done and was extremely genuine and thorough.
